1. Nature of Service
TradesmanUK is a lead generation and referral service. We connect homeowners and landlords with vetted local tradespeople. We are not a contractor, we do not carry out trade work, and we are not party to any contract between you and a tradesperson.
2. Free Service
Using TradesmanUK to request quotes is entirely free for homeowners, landlords, and tenants. We are paid by tradespeople in our network for qualified referrals.
3. No Guarantee of Work
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a tradesperson will contact you or that work will be carried out. While we endeavour to match every enquiry, availability varies by location, trade, and demand.
4. Tradesperson Conduct
All tradespeople in our network are independently vetted. However, any contract for work is between you and the tradesperson directly. TradesmanUK accepts no liability for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work carried out.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry. Providing false or misleading information may result in your enquiry being disqualified.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradesmanUK's liability is limited to the value of any fees paid to us, which in the case of homeowners is zero.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
