TradesmanUK solves this by doing the vetting for you. Every tradesperson in our network is manually verified, accreditation-checked, and only added once they meet our standards. You get quotes from people we would trust in our own homes.
How It Works
Our Vetting Process
Accreditation Check
We verify every relevant accreditation — MCS, Gas Safe, NICEIC, PCA — directly with the issuing body. No self-certification accepted.
Reference Check
We contact previous customers and check online review profiles across Google, Trustpilot, and Checkatrade before adding any tradesperson.
Ongoing Monitoring
Accreditations are re-verified annually. Any complaint triggers an immediate review. Standards are non-negotiable.
Transparency
How We Make Money
TradesmanUK is a lead generation service. When you submit a request, we connect you with vetted tradespeople in our network. Those tradespeople pay us a fee for qualified leads. There is no charge to you — the homeowner — at any point.
This model only works if our leads convert into happy customers. That keeps our incentives aligned with yours: we have every reason to send you the best tradespeople and every reason to ensure the work gets done well.
